Our Commitment

Bridgeway provides whole-life coordination for seniors and families, serving as the trusted connection between care, home, community, and peace of mind.

Our concierge-level services ensure health appointments are scheduled and supported, home repairs and safety needs are coordinated, and families receive timely communication and follow-up. We remove the stress of managing countless moving parts by serving as your family’s life manager.

At the same time, we recognize that wellness is more than checklists — it’s about living fully. That’s why we foster community involvement, social engagement, and enrichment activities that keep seniors connected, active, and purposeful.

Our mission is to blend professional coordination, household management, and community wellness into one seamless experience, allowing families to rest easy knowing their loved ones are cared for in every sense of the word.

Skilled Professionals You Can Rely On

At Bridgeway, our strength lies in the people who stand beside your family. Our team is made up of skilled professionals with expertise in health coordination, home safety, and lifestyle management — individuals chosen as much for their character as for their qualifications. Every appointment we schedule, every home service we arrange, and every update we share is backed by professionals who pride themselves on being thorough, discreet, and dependable. Think of us as your trusted advisors in life management: steady hands and caring hearts, ensuring every detail is handled with precision and warmth.

As part of our Bridgeway Premier membership, families also benefit from access to our Medical Director, Dr. Adam Macdissi. In this advisory role, Dr. Macdissi provides oversight and guidance in care planning, helping our team align details with providers, review care plans, and manage follow-up needs. He does not replace your loved one’s physician or provide direct treatment; rather, he ensures that communication is clear, details never slip through the cracks, and every plan is thoughtfully reviewed.

With Bridgeway, your family gains a private partner for every aspect of care, home, and community connection — a trusted network that gives you confidence and peace of mind.

  • Bridgeway is ideal for families who want peace of mind that all the details are managed. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed coordinating appointments, arranging home repairs, or making sure updates are shared across siblings, Bridgeway can take that weight off your shoulders.

  • We serve seniors who are:

    • Independent but need extra support staying organized.

    • Managing multiple health appointments or therapies.

    • Living at home and want to keep it safe and well-maintained.

    • Seeking ways to stay socially engaged and connected.

    • Supported by families who may live far away or have busy schedules.

  • No. Bridgeway is not a home health agency or medical provider. We coordinate, manage, and connect. We don’t replace your doctors, nurses, or caregivers. Instead, we ensure everyone is aligned and families have clear communication and oversight.

  • Yes. We often work alongside home health agencies, therapists, cleaning companies, or repair services. Our job is to coordinate and simplify so that everything feels seamless — no missed appointments, no duplicate efforts, and no family confusion.

  • Bridgeway offers a concierge-level approach. That means:

    • A dedicated care manager who learns your family’s routines and preferences.

    • Oversight from a Medical Director (Premier members).

    • Access to vetted home and community resources in Omaha, Ashland, and Lincoln.

    • Proactive updates and follow-ups so families always feel informed.

  • No. Your loved one’s primary care physician and specialists remain their doctors. Our Medical Director does not replace or override their care — instead, he supports our team in coordinating and aligning all the moving pieces.

  • Serves as an advisor and oversight partner for Bridgeway Care Managers. This includes:

    • Reviewing care plans for completeness.

    • Advising on follow-up questions after medical visits.

    • Helping ensure communication between providers, families, and Bridgeway staff is seamless.

    • Offering professional insight to strengthen coordination.

  • No. The Medical Director role is non-clinical and advisory. He does not treat patients, prescribe medications, or replace existing physicians. His presence is meant to give families confidence that care coordination is informed, professional, and thorough.

  • Because navigating multiple providers, appointments, therapies, and follow-ups can feel overwhelming. Having a physician in an oversight role ensures that nothing slips through the cracks, that information is clearly organized, and that families have an added layer of trust in the process.

  • Access to the Medical Director is included as part of the Bridgeway Premier membership. Families who choose Premier gain this added layer of oversight, along with real-time portal access, lifestyle planning, and concierge-level support.

  • You choose the method — phone calls, weekly emails, or our secure family portal. Families receive regular updates and can always reach their care manager for questions or concerns.

  • Schedule an intake visit with a Bridgeway Care Manager. We’ll walk through health coordination needs, home safety, family communication preferences, and community goals. Then we’ll recommend a membership tier that best matches your family’s priorities.
